Terms and Conditions

We require a credit card number to secure your reservation but prefer to run payments after your flight in order to limit refund transactions due to inclement weather. Cash, check or card payments are acceptable. Due to limited availability on each flight, cancellations within 5 days of your scheduled flight will be charged a $150 cancelation fee. No shows and reservations cancelled within 72 hrs will be charged the full amount of your reservation. There is no charge for any cancellations due to inclement weather. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone deemed unfit for participation on the day of scheduled flight.

Hot air ballooning is not a passive activity, it requires climbing in and out of the basket and may involve bumpy landings that require passengers to hold on and follow pre-flight safety instructions. We are unable to assess a persons physical limitations prior to a flight so it is very important for you to evaluate ANY limitations you may have that could prevent you from participating in the activity safely. Any recent surgeries, injuries, pregnancy beyond first trimester are just a few examples that could limit your safe participation. Please consider ALL factors before checking the box below.
